I have over fifteen years experience in systems and application programming. I have utilized C/C++ in Windows environments. I have completed multiple full life cycle projects for telecommunications and engineer/scientific applications. I have worked in proprietary software development and software testing. My attention to detail and ability to grasp new concepts and languages quickly make me an ideal candidate.

EXPERIENCE:
Bindview Development, Houston, TX |
July 1998/ |
As Software Analyst/Programmer I work full time for BindView Development Corp. I translate network security, performance, auditing and applications needs into actual software design, algorithm and code. I involved in research, design, enhance, maintain and further develop Company software technology for network management software products. I utilize C++ (MFC, SDK, ATL and STL) on Windows NT. I assist in design and development of new products utilizing Company technology and assist in integration between software applications and systems. My work consists of:
· Design and implementation of NT objects library

As Software Analyst/Programmer I worked full time for UTSI.
ENVIRONMENT: |
MS Visual C++, MFC, Windows 95, NT, Win 32, Oracle |
Independent Consultant, |
1994/1998 |
As an Independent Consultant I worked part-time for Philips Analytical X-ray, the world’s largest leading supplier of instrumentation and software for x-ray diffraction and x-ray fluorescence spectrometry. I worked on four separate projects. These projects were Line Profile Analysis, Profile Fitting, Crystallography and System Calibration. My work on these projects consisted of:
· Analyzing cost effectiveness of various processes to develop design specifications affording the highest return.
· Developing end user MS Windows programs to Philips internal specifications utilizing MS Visual C++ with MFC. These programs provided user-friendly interfaces to sophisticated Fortran mathematical modules.
· Created Test plans for software.
· Utilizing Bounds Checker and Purify to test software.
· Writing a help system for Line Profile Analysis System.
· Developing internal documentation for Line Profile Analysis, Profile Fitting, Crystallography and System Calibration.
· Created Grids and tables utilizing Ultimate Grid.

MS Visual C++, MFC, Windows 3.x, 95, NT, Win 32, Ultimate Grid |
Central Telephone Exchange, |
1993/1998 |
As a full-time Team Leader and Senior Programmer/Analyst for this Regional provider of telecommunications, I worked on a project, consisting of three modules, which monitored long distance calls.
· Led all stages of product life cycle including specification design, coding, debugging and on going maintenance.
· Designed and developed a multithread program for receiving information on long distance calls from an automatic station ARM 20 via PC communications ports. This information was stored in a specialized database in real time. The program also allowed users to sort, edit and display information. C++ and MFC in a Windows environment.
· Designed and developed software for sending, sorting and displaying telegrams utilizing specialized telegraph adapter through PC communications port collection information, and preprocessing this information.
· Establishing a repository of information such as long distance calls’ toll charge, city names, city and country codes, registered faxes and signed contracts.
· Developed Custom File and Stream Handlers. COM object, written in C++ in a Win 32 environment, was used to read and show FLI/FLC animated files. COM object, written in C++ in a Win 32 environment, was used to read and write animated GIF files.
· ActiveX control, written in C++ and MFC for Windows NT and 95 environment, was developed to display plots.
· Developed original C++ Class Libraries for user interfaces to MS DOS.
